About the event
Those of you who came to the Schubert and Norway event would have experienced my dear friend Charles Mutter on viola. He is the associate Leader of the BBC Concert Orchestra, and while he mainly plays violin, he is also a fabulous violist and pianist. His other musical passion is arranging. For this concert he is joined by fabulous Soprano, Ilona Domnich, and accompanist Tom Blach, who played at the Legacy Choir fundraiser in 2024. Songs and sonatas arranged for Violin, Viola, piano and voice, including the utterly transcendant Strauss's Four Last Songs, written at the end of his life.
